Greige sourcing & inspection

Rayon and cotton greige is checked for weave faults and width before it enters the plant.

Scouring & dyeing

Lab-dip approval, then bulk dyeing to the approved shade with recipe records kept for repeats.

Machine printing

Procian, discharge, pigment, kaddi and rotary printing runs with registration checked at start-up.

Finishing & folding

Washing, drying and calendering, then thaan folding to the ordered length.

Quality control

Shade, panna, GSM and print clarity verified roll by roll before packing.

Packing & dispatch

Lot-marked packing with dye lot numbers so buyers can match future orders.
